Our Story

Allah SWT implants remarkable ideas in our heads to unleash the greatness hidden within us. Our excellence depends on how we nurture the thought.  Metaphorically, seeds are planted underneath dark soil for a solid foundation to nurture them. Likewise, most of us bump into this thought at rock bottom.

Our founder, Dewdrop Shaheena, is a testament to the power of resilience. She found herself in a desperate situation, unsure of where to turn for help in raising her young boys. But she promised to become the best mother and father to her kids and to support them through every challenge. This necessity, this desperation, became the spark that ignited her transformation. Inspired by the books of Jack Canfield and Brian Tracey, she decided to become a coach, raising confident and visionary kids.

 As she stepped on the mission, she realized she could not nurture kids inside four walls but rather let them experience the beauty of nature and develop beautiful bonds with others. That added mountains to her already rough roads. She remembered the quote by John F. Kennedy, "Ask not what the country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country." Therefore, she bonded with all the other children around her to foster a healthy relationship with her children. Hence, the birth of the NGO on 15 December 2011. Initially, the NGO was the Career Vitamin Society (CV), later rebranded as the Professional Coaching and Mentoring Association of Maldives (PCOMA).

 From its inception, our NGO's core objective has been to ignite the flame of hope and unleash the superpower within each individual. We believe that everyone has the potential to make a difference, and our mission is to provide the platform and support to make that happen.
