The Professional Coaching and Mentoring Association of Maldives (PCOMA) was registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs on 15 December 2011. As the first professional coaching association in the Maldives, our mission is to inspire, disrupt, and transform individuals, guiding them towards their true calling.
